卷丹水提物的急性毒性和遗传毒性研究
Experimental Study on the Acute Toxicity and Genetic Toxicity of Lilium lancifolium Thunb.
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to evaluate the safety of Lilium lancifolium Thunb. and provide basis for its comprehensive utilization. [ Method ] Through acute toxicity experiment, the acute toxieity and possible poisoning symptoms of water extracts from L. lancifolium in the areas of Junshan Hill in Nantong were measured and the maximum tolerance dose of mice was measured. Its systematic safety was evaluated by mice bone marrow mieronucleus test.[Result] LD50 of L. lancifolium to mice was more than 80 g/kg. The mice bone marrow micronucleus test showed negative results. [Conclusion ] It was found that L. lancifolium had no obvious acute toxicity reaction and genetic toxicity. It is a kind of safe and nontoxic Chinese herb and it can be developed as a new kind of Chinese herb.关键词
