3种测定大豆种子脂肪含量方法的比较研究
Comparison of Three Methods for Fat Content Measurement in Soybean Seeds
摘要
Abstract
The fat contents of five domestic soybean cultivars seeds were analyzed by Soxhlet method, nuclear magnetic resonance analyzer (NMR) and near-infrared (NIR) grain analyzer respectively. The results showed that results of NMR closely tallied with that of Soxhlet method, the deviation between them was less than 0. 95 percentage points, and the minimum deviation was only -0. 02 percentage points. However, the result of NIR showed higher deviation from that of Soxhlet method than NMR did in this study.关键词
