摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of decompression suction drainage treated mandibular cystic lesions,and compared with the other treatments such as surgery,decompression. In order to explore its value in the field of mandible conservative treatment. Methods 32 cases of mandibular cystic lesions were performed decompression and suction drainage. After a mean duration of 18 months. Compared the cystic size before and after the treatment by X - ray and CT to evaluate the clinical effect. Results According the pathology,14 cases are cyst, 12 cases are ameloblastoma,6 cases are dentigerous cyst, 28 cases which X - ray show a remarkable lessen,2 cases have no change. Conclusion Decompression suction drainage is one of the ideal treatment for mandibular cystic lesions,and can correct maxillofacial deformities caused by bony expansion and perforation in the area of cystic lesions.关键词
