肾癌组织中CapG蛋白的表达变化及临床意义
Expression and clinical significance of CapG protein in renal cell carcinoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To detect the expression and the significance of CapG protein in renal cell carcinoma (RCC).Methods The expression of CapG protein in 132 specimens of clear cell RCC (observe group) and 40 specimens of matched normal renal tissues ( control group) was detected by immunohistochemistry, the correlations with clinicopathologic features and prognosis of the patients were analyzed. Results The positive rate of CapG protein was significantly higher in observe group than in control group( P ＜0.001 ). CapG expression was related to nodal disease ( P ＜0.05), but not to gender, age, pT stage, tumor grade and distant metastasis or recurrence ( P ＞ 0.05 ). The 5-year survival rate was significantly higher in CapG-negative patients than in CapG-positive patients ( P ＞ 0. 005 ). Conclusions CapG is highly expressed in cRCC and could contribute to tumor development and progression.关键词
