摘要

Abstract

To investigate the thermodynamic properties of Fermi system in external field is helpful to understand the degenerate characteristics of Fermi system, which can show the essence of various macroscopic. Based on the semiclassical statistical method, after deriving the quantum state density of the positive electron gas at the low temperature and in uniform electric field, the analytic formula of its chemical potential and heat capacity is obtained in this paper, and detailed analysis and discussion for the influence of the uniform electric field on the chemical potential and heat capacity are given also. This paper finally concludes that the uniform external electric field has only the slight influence on chemical potential and heat capacity of the positive electron gas.
