踝关节撞击综合征的关节镜治疗

摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] To investigate the treatment of ankle impingement syndrome through arthroscopy and analyze the clinical findings and surgery result in 15 cases. [Method] During the period between 2005 and 2008, 15 patients suffered from ankle impingement were treated by arthroscopic debridement. The follow-up period averaged 20 months. The American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) ankle and hind foot soore was used to evaluate outoomes. [ Result ] Arthroscopic findings shows that there were 11 cases symptoms due to soft-tissue and 4 cases due to bony obstruction. The AOFAS scores significantly increased from preoperatively 34 (4～57) to postoperatively 89 (60～100)(P ＜0.05). No significant difference in the outcome of soft-tissue and bony impingement cases (P ＞0.05). All 15 cases had marked postoperative improvement in pain relief and return to their routine work and full sports activity. [ Conclusion ]Arthroscopic debridement is an effective method for the treatment of bony and soft-tissue anterior ankle impingement syndrome.关键词
