摘要

Abstract

Pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables are a great problem concerned by the society.In order to achieve the rapid detection of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables,a rapid detection system was developed based on the enzyme inhibition method. The information on pesticide residues was acquired using optical frequency sensor and communicated with PC using wireless sensor networks. Based on virtual instrument software LabVIEW, the virtual detecting system was designed to acquire, store,display and process the pesticide residue data. The system was used to detect the concentration of methamidophos and the result showed that the pesticide residues were in proportion to the enzyme inhibition rate, consistent with the result from the standard method. In conclusion, use of wireless sensor networks and virtual instrument in the system was practicable and the detection efficiency was improved.
