Abstract
Effects of the different grafting methods and scions treatment with chemical reagents on survival percents of the grafting seedlings and grafting effect of Qi Country seedless jujube were studied in this paper. The results showed that the effect of cut-grafting technique was the best in different grafting methods and the survival rate was 70％. Adequate extension of grafting period was more helpful for survival of scions from early April to mid April. Advance of preparing scions and wrapping them in wet towels could greatly increased the survival percents of the grafting seedlings by 40 percentage points and improving work efficiency compared with the traditional grafting way, at the same time, the increment of new shoots increased by 101.6 ％. The survival percents of grafting seedlings increased by 33 percentage points and 17 percentage points respectively by sealing wax and bagging after grafting for scions. The survival percent of grafting seedlings of scions soaked in Vc increased by 13 percentage points compared with common grafting. The survival percent of grafting seedlings of scions soaked in IBA was higher than that of common grafting, increased by 27 percentage points, followed by NAA, increased by 13 percentage points. The survival percent of grafting seedlings of scions treated with IBA was higher than that of common grafting,increased by 216.7 ％.关键词
