摘要

Abstract

[ Objective ] The aim of the study was to seek an optuim appropriate factors for treating oxidizing phenol wastewater by Fenton's reagent under the existing Cu2+. [ Method] The effect of Cu2+ on removal rate of oxidizing phenol and the effect of degratation of COD by Fenton 's reagent under different concentrations Fe2+ , H2O2 and pH were studied. [ Result] 94.5% phenol could be removed from the wastewater when the optimum pH value 3.0, H2O2 concentration 297.5 mg/L, Fe2+ concentration 140 mg/L were applied. Above the conditions, phenol removal rate could be reach 97.7% when 40 mg/L Cu2+ was added, increasing by 3.2%. When the optimum pH value was 3. 0, and Cu2+was 40 mg/L ,the model parameters at different Fe2+/H2O2 ratios were calculated, it showed that the process fitted two-step kinetic model.[ Conclusion] The appropriate Cu2+ could improve the degradation efficiency of phenol in the wastewater.
