Autoleveller Effect Analyses of HSR1000 Drawing Frame
摘要
Abstract
HSR1000 drawing frame autoleveller effect was analysed.Autoleveller effects were applied and tested on carded cotton yarn,combed cotton yarn, chemical fiber pure spinning & blending spinning and knitting yarn.Effect of autoleveller effect on drawing weight test frequency was tested as well.It is considered that two times doubling is suitable to pure cotton carding and pure chemical fiber spinning, autoleveller is suitable to the last doubling.Single autoleveller is suitable to pure cotton combed yarn.Weight test frequency could be reduced when adopting autoleveller.关键词
