Application of Physiological Model in Veterinary Pharmacokinetic Study
摘要
Abstract
In this article, basic concepts and classification of physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) model were introduced and procedure to establish PBPK model were described in detail. Recent progress of PBPK model in veterinary medicine was reviewed, and then the future trend of PBPK model was predicted. It's believed that PBPK model will play an important role in veterinary pharmacokinetic study.关键词
