摘要

Abstract

A microbial flocculant-producing strain A3 was screened from soil, the experiments were planned by uniform design, the mathematical modeling and the curve-fitting method were also used to investigate the culture medium of microbial flocculant-production, and the technology of treating indigo wastewater by flocculant produced by strain A3 was studied.The optimal fiocculant production conditions of strain A3 and optimal decolomtion conditions of indigo wastewater were obtained.The optimal condition of flocculant-production of stain A3 was a glucose additive amount of 2.2% ,a yeast extract additive amount of 0.51% ,a pH value of 7.6 and a temperature of 30.3℃.The optimal decoloring condition of strain A3 produced fiocculant in treatment indigo wastewater was obtained when pH value was 9, the dosage of strain A3 produced flocculant was 2.2mL and additive amount of 1% CaC12 was 2.2mL in 100mL wastewater.The decoloring rate under the optimal condition could reach 80%.
