摘要

Abstract

Through analysis of the current status of water resources and their development and utilization, as well as permitted water withdrawal in the Xin' anjiang River Basin, an index system of total control of permitted water withdrawal including binding and prospective indexes is proposed, and the value of each index for 2010 is defined. The purpose was to provide technical support for scientific implementation of the quantitative management policy of permitted water withdrawal, and to ensure the construction of a water-saving society and sustainable use of basin water resource.
