Study on the Relationship between c-jun mRNA Expression in Piglet's Testis and Serum Testosterone
摘要
Abstract
This study was established to explore the relationship between the expression of c-jun mRNA and testosterone secretion by comparing the c-jun mRNA expression in piglet’s testis at different periods and its serum testosterone.1,3 and 5 weeks old pigs were selected.The concentrations of serum testosterone were detected by Testosterone ELISA Kit and the c-jun mRNA expressions were measured by using real-time PCR with SYBR Green Ⅰ.As a result, the level of testosterone was gone up with the age and reached the highest point at 3 weeks old, c-jun expressed in each group, but the three weeks group had the highest expression.Therefore, there may be a dependability relationship between c-jun mRNA expression and testosterone secretion.关键词
