Abstract
Objective: To observe the treatment of cerebral infarction in Chinese herbal Medicine Danhong injection, and to analyze the influence of Danhong injection on hemorheology, blood lipid levels, then discuss the mechanism of Danhong injection. Methods: 130 cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, each of 65 cases, the control group treated with conventional Western medicine, and the treatment group was observed on the basis and plus Danhong injection. Compare therapeutic effects, Neurological deficit scores, Lesion extent of absorption, hemorheology,blood lipid, use SPSS16. 0 to analyze. Results: The difference of total effective rates was significant (P = 0. 000). The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group. The Neurologic impairment, improvement of blood theology and lipid parameters of observation group were improved higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The traditional Chinese medicine combined with conventional western therapy can improve blood rheology and lipid levels of patients with abnormal changes, speed up the focus absorption, restore nerve function and obtain a better clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
