局部植入中人氟安对HepA肝癌实体瘤切除手术后小鼠的抗复发作用
The effect of Sino Fuan on protecting from relapse after solid tumer excision of hepatocellular carcinoma in mice
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the tumor recurrence rate of hepatocellular carcinoma( HepA )mice after operated excision with ip 5-fluorouracil( 5-Fu ) traditional general cancer chemotherapy or implanting Sino Fuan in local. Methods The mice were transplanted HepA and the tumour knots were operated excision five days later. These mice were divided into three groups: the model group, the ip 5-Fu group and the group of Sino Fuan implanted in local. Then the recurrence datas of all mice were analysed. Results The unrecurrence rate of implanted Sino Fuan in local group was salience higher than the model group and the ip 5-Fu group( P ＜ 0. 05 ). The tumor weight of implanted Sino Fuan group also had salience difference with the model group( P ＜ 0. 05 ). Conclusion Sino Fuan implanted in local has a patency better curative effect than 5-Fu traditional general cancer chemotherapy.关键词
