摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation between the C-reactive protein( CRP ), glycosylated hemoglobin ( HbAlc ) with the index of ankle brachial artery( ABI ). Methods 205 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus hospitalized for clinical parameters according to the conventional methods were checked by detection and chest X-ray,abdomen B-sonography,double lower limbs vascular sufficiency, electrocardiogram, electromyography examination,and the detection of patients with the ABI, and possible influential factors were analyzed. Results There were significant difference with the 2-hr plasma glucose( 2hPG ), cholesterol( TC ), high-density lipoprotein( HDL-c ), apolipoprotein A( APOA ), apolipoprotein B( APOB ), lipoproteins A( LPa ), smoking, blood serum uric acid( UA ) in various gender( P < 0. 05 ). Single factor analysis result showed: in male patients, ABI and CRP presented negative correlation( r = -0. 241 ,P = 0. 029 ),in female patients, CRP and ABI had no correlation in age above of 60 years patients with ABI correlations between CRP, during the course of 1.25 ~6. 00 years, visible ABI and CRP had negative correlation. Partial correlation analysis showed that:in the control of age,gender, duration, and 2hPG, CRP and ABI presented negative correlation( r = - 0. 337, P = 0. 003 ), but has not seen the HbAI c and ABI correlativity.Conclusion In type 2 diabetes patients CRP and ABI exists negative correlation,we should pay close attention to the two indexes to change in treatment and prognosis.关键词
