Abstract
0bjective:CXCL12/CXCR4 signaling is in plicated in proliferation and invasireness of the first trimester human trophob last cells, In the present study ,we investigated the expression ofCXCR7 in the first trimester human trophoblast cells and the effect ofCXCR 7 on the proliferation and invasiveness of trophoblast cells .Methods:The sem i-quantitative reverse transcriptase-polym erase chain reaction and in -munohis to chemistry were used respectively to detect the transcrption and translation of CXCR 7 in human trophoblasts of the first trimester gestation .Effects of CXCR7 signaling on proliferation and invasiveness of trophoblast cells were determined respectively by MTT and matrigel inva-sion assay .Results :CXCR7 was expressed in trophoblasts ,and the anti-CXCR7 (10 μg/m1) or antr-CXCR4 (20 μg/m1) neutralizzing antibody could inhibit the proliferation and invasiveness of HTR-8 /Svneo cell line .Conclusion :CX CR 7 has been expressed in trophoblast cells ,and CX-CR7 signaling has been involved in promoting proliferation and invasiveness of trophoblast cells like CXCR 4 signaling.关键词
