RDX/Al/Fe2O3纳米复合材料的制备
Preparation of Nano-Composite Energetic Material RDX/Al/Fe2O3
摘要
Abstract
Nano-composite energetic material RDX/Al/Fe2O3 was prepared in phase transition process of Fe2 O3 sol to gel, in which propylene oxide and Al powder was added into DMF solution dissolved FeCl3 · 6H2O and RDX.And then the gel structure of RDX and Al in Fe2 O3 sol pores was acquired by supercritical drying method. The results show that with the increase of molar concentration of FeCl3 · 6H2O, gel time decreases and the flexibility and toughness of Fe2 O3 gel enhance gradually. SEM images indicate that RDX/Al/Fe2 O3 composite particle was ternary compound composite, in which RDX and Fe2 O3 are made of the shell and Al is designed as the nuclear. The particle size of the ternary compound composite is about 100 nm.关键词
