干旱胁迫对4个刺柏品种抗旱生理指标的影响
Drought stress on physiological process of four Junipenus species

Abstract
Effects of water stress in different degrees on the leaf soluble sugar concentrations, soluble proteins, relative electric conductivities and relative water contents of four kinds of Juniperus(J scopulorum(coded as 1), J. sabina (2), J. ehinencis(3) and J. scopulorum var.(4)) were studied by the method of different density PEG-6000 processing. With the aggravation of simulated drought degree, the relative water content declined, and the soluble sugar concentration the penetrability of plasmalemma increased, while the soluble protein showed an increasing and then decreasing trend. There was significant negative correlation between the soluble protein and the relative water content, the relative conductivity and the relative water content, and positive correlation between the relative conductivity and the soluble protein or soluble sugar. Precedence in drought resistant ability of the four varieties by comprehensive comparison with gray relative analysis method was 2>3>1>4.关键词
