三聚氰胺人工抗原及多克隆抗体的制备
Preparation of artificial antigen of melamine and polyclonal antibody

Abstract
Through the method of glutaraldehyde, the melamine(MEL) was coupled to the carrier protein for synthesizing the artificial antigen. Melamine was linked to bovine serum ovabumin (BSA) to generate immunogenic antigen (MEL-BSA) and was linked to ovabumin (OVA) by melamino-formaldehyde resin method to generate coating antigen (MEL-OVA). Artificial antigen was purified by FPLC, and then identified by UV and IR as well as SDS-PAGE. Mel-BSA was used to immune New Zealand white rabbits, and the generation of antibody was detected. The results show that the titer of antiserum is 1: 20 000. The synthesis of MEL artificial antigen is be possible to establish a basis for the detection of melamine by immunoassay.关键词
