温州地区不同时距下近地台风特性观测研究
Field measurements of typhoon characteristics near ground at different time intervals in Wenzhou district

Abstract
This paper presents the field measurement of different time interval boundary layer wind characteristics ( such as mean wind speed and direction, turbulence intensity, gust factor) during the passages of Typhoon Kalmaegi,Fung-wong and Jangmi passed by Wenzhou district in 2008. The experimental results revealed that different Typhoon's mean wind direction possibly differs very much, and at different time intervals, maximum mean wind speed is not appears at the same time; there is a tendency for the turbulence intensity and gust factor to decrease with the increase of mean wind speed; this field measurement turbulence intensity results is larger obviously than the results measured in the smooth suburb terrain and the Code empirical formula estimation recommended by the Architectural institute of Japan (AIJ-1996); the ratio between the gust factor in the longitudinal and lateral varies large under different time intervals. Furthermore, 1 minute or 3 seconds time interval data reveals a good turbulence characteristics and variations of mean wind speed and direction, turbulence intensity, gust factor.关键词
