外贸型物流企业供应链战略转型影响因素研究
Research on the Impact Factors of Supply Chain Strategy Transformation for Foreign Trade-based Logistics Companies under Financial Crisis

Abstract
Supply chain under the financial crisis is discussed in this paper. For foreign-trade-based logistics companies who make strategy transformation to respond to the crisis, three impact dimensions and ten impact factors are proposed. Four correlation models between the impact of financial crisis and strategy transformation are developed with hypothesis given. With the questionnaires for five cities of east China,an empirical research has been conducted to verify the results of the analysis and hypothetical propositions. Then, a correlation analysis figure for path coefficients is presented. The results show that both the changes of the external environment and the development statuses of the logistics companies have a positive effect on the strategic transformation of the supply chain. However,lack of cash and a large-scale merger have negative effect.关键词
