考虑供电可靠性的供电价格规制方法
An Approach to Regulate Electricity Supply Price Considering Power Supply Reliability
摘要
Abstract
By use of data envelop analysis (DEA), the efficiency of power supply enterprise is evaluated, and an index to evaluate customer power supply reliability is led into evaluation indices, and then an approach to regulate power supply price correlated to efficiency evaluation results is built to determine the biggest margin of raising price and customer interruption costs; meanwhile the price regulation of power supply enterprise in which the factor of making amends for customer interruption costs is taken into account is discussed.The proposed approach not only can effectively regulate power supply price, but also can incite power supply enterprise to improve power supply reliability. The availability and practicability of the proposed approach are verified by results of calculation example.关键词
