摘要

Abstract

At off-design flow condition,the effects of bleeding position,bleeding rate and bleeding hole number on the perform ance of transonic compressor rotor are investigated numerically by solving three-dimensional viscous Reynolds-averaged Navier- Stokes equations. The flow separation and shockwave structure occurred on the blade suction surface with and without bleeding flow are also revealed. The studied results show that the reasonable distribution of bleeding flow can effectively control the shock wave position and change the shockwave structure. The flow separation caused by the shockwave in the flow passage is delayed. The bleeding rate determines directly the performance of transonic compressor rotor. Because of bleeding, low-energy fluid in the blade boundary layer is removed and the fluidic kinetic energy near the blade suction side is increased. The mainstream fluid with higher velocity is closed to the blade surface. Consequently, the flow capacity in the flow passage is improved. At the same time, the complicated negative flow vortex structure is suppressed or eliminated evidently.
