长短叶片离心泵的三维湍流数值模拟研究

Abstract
The whole three-dimensional viscous numerical simulation is applied in centrifugal pump with long and short blades for studying the internal flow field. Compare the external characteristic of calculation results with the external characteristic of the PIV experimental results. In the small flow, design flow and heavy flow of these three workers circumstances, the internal flow field data obtained from numerical simulation was compared with the internal flow field data obtained from experimental measurement.Distribution of flow angle and relative velocity along circumferential direction near the outlet of impeller is posted. The result shows that the head of numerical simulation is greater than that obtained from the experimental measurement in the same flow rate. And as flow increases, the divergence between the trend of the both methods is increasing. In the same operating conditions,the relative velocity vector direction and flow pattern in the leaf-beds are consistent.关键词
