摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the factors that induce nosocomial infection in department of prosthodontics,and formulate effective control measures to reduce the incidence of hospital infection in dentistry. Methods As medical,object surfaces,hands of medical staff and clinic air for the monitoring targets,surveillance dated from 2006 to 2007 was as the control group and that after strengthened management from 2008 to 2009 as the observation group.To compare the qualified rate between two groups. Results Qualified rate of medical equipment for the department of prosthodotics was 92％ before effective management,that of object surfaces was 84 and of hands of medical staff was 72％ and of clinic air was 80％.After management they were 100％,97.9％,and 96％ and 96.8％,respectively. Conclusion Medical equipment,object surface,hands of medical staff and clinic air are easy to be contaminated.They can lead to hospital infection. So strengthening management work of hospital infection can control effectively hospital infection in department of prosthodontics.关键词
