火焰原子吸收光谱法测定牛奶中锌含量的研究
Determination of Zn Content in Pure Milk Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The aim was to provide reference for studies on nutritive vslue of trace elements in milk.[Method]Pure sanole was trcated by dilution method,and Zn content in the pure milk was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.[Result]The contemt pf Zn in the pure milk was 6.25 g/ml.The recovery of srandard addition of thismethod was 104.0%,and the telative standard deviation (RSD) of sample was 0.61% g/ml.The method has simple sample pretrestment and assurate determination result,so it is suitsble for the determinstion of Zn content in pure milk.关键词
