猪饲料用乳酸菌增菌培养基的优化研究
Optimization of Lactic Acid Bacteria Culture Conditions
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The optimum enrichment medium of lactic-acid bacteria was optimized for the lactic-acid bacteria inoculants production of pig feed preparation by the study of pH and medium component. [ Method ] The optimum pH of medium was determined with pH gradient culture. The main effect factors were determined with Plackett-Burrman (PB) design. The optimum enrichment medium and the interrelationship were achieved through Response Surface Methodology ( RSM ). [ Result ] The results showed that the optimum pH6.8, the main effectfactors were beef extract, glucose and NaAe; the most important factor was beef extract; the optimum enrichment medium was beef extract 23.70 g/L, glucose 47.53 g/L, NaAe 4.87 g/L, Yeast extract 10. 0 g/L, diammonium citrate 2. 0 g/L, MnSO4 0.2 g/L, Tween80 0. 5 g/L.[ Conclusion ] The optimized lactic acid bacteria culture condition made the density of live bacterial enhanced significantly and reached the needs of production of lactic acid bacterium.关键词
