杏花芽石蜡切片方法的改良
A modified technique of paraffin section for apricot flower buds
摘要
Abstract
Experiment was conducted with apricot flower buds as material for paraffin sectioning to improve softening, clearing, waxing and staining. The results showed that tissues structure would be complete if waxing was done after flower buds were boiled for 30 minutes without stripping scales. Section staining was performed with safranine and fast green double dyeing,which was the best method of staining. The quality of staining was good and homogeneous, and images were distinct. Furthermore, dropping of sections could be reduced effectively. A modified method of paraffin section for apricot flower buds was recommended on the bases of research results.关键词
