枣新品种——关公枣的选育
A new cultivar of Zizyphus Jujuba Guangongzao
摘要
Abstract
Guangongzao is a local variety in Yuncheng, Shanxi,, with good character in overall. It ripens in early September with average fruit weight of 10.1 g. Fruit is cylindrical and flat cylindrical in shape,having a smooth, shiny, thin and purple skin. Flesh texture is crisp, succulent and sweet flavor, containing 32.2% sugar. The edible rate and the dried-rate are 96.1% and 58%, respectively. The variety is suitable for growing in the area with annual mean temperature over 9.5 ℃. It has good potential for commercial use because of its distinguishing feature such as early fruiting, high yield, excellent quality, anti-crack, easy management and good bearing capacity of spur.关键词
