摘要
Abstract
The seed germination method of Prinsepia uniflora Batal was optimized. The chromosome number and the karyotype were investigated with conventional plant root tip squashing method. The results showed that the best germination method was shell breaking and sand burial of the seed. The seed germination rate was up to 61％. The chromosome number was 28, with karyotype formula K(2n)= 2x=28= 28m. The change of ration of chromosome length(L/S)was between 1.042～1.600, with an average ration of 1.184. The karyotype type was 1A.关键词
