小麦×大麦杂种后代早熟衍生系的选择和鉴定
Selection and Identification of Early Mature Derive Lines from Common Wheat× Cultivated Barley Hybrid Progenies
摘要
Abstract
The early mature is prominent and excellent character of cultivated barley. which can introduce Lnto common wheat by Hybridization of Wheat × Barley. In order to obtain new early mature gemplasms, in this study. two stable heredity derive lines WB0528 and WB0647 with early mature character have been selected from the backcross progenies F1 hybrids between common wheat and cultivated barley with common wheat. and the check variety is XiaoYan 22 with middle early mature. The two early mature lines have same heading stage as barley and grouting quickly than common wheat. By the cytology identifying and GISH analysis, these two lines show disomic addition lines with a pair barley chromosome.关键词
