摘要

Abstract

6 - Substitued glycals are useful synthetic intermediates in the synthesis of biologically active natural products and oligosaccharide in carbohydrate chemistry. 6-Substitued acetylated glycals were synthesized via a convenient and low-cost procedure, in which glycosyl bromides obtained from the unprotected pyranoid sugar undergo the reductive elimination in the presence of Zn- PEG600- H2O and ultrasound,a yield of 80%~92% of glycals was obtained. The structures of all glycals and glycosyl bromides have been confirmed by 1 H NMR.
