Abstract
[ Objective] The effect of the rural road traffic pollutant on the microbial population in paddy soil was explored. [ Method ] The potted rice with 10,50 and 200m away from road being taken as experimental material, respectively, the effect of the road traffic pollutant on the microbial population and quantity in paddy soil was researched. [ Result] The microbial quantity in the soil level of 0 - 10 cm, which was 10 and 50 m away from road, was obviously less than that in soil that was 50 m away from road in rice jointing stage. The quantity of microor ganism at the different levels of 3 sampling spots in rice grouting time was more than that in jointing stage, which obvious increment appeared in the soil level of 0 -10 cm and 50 m away from road. In rice maturity stage and in the soil level of0 - 10 cm and 10 -20 cm the quantity of microorganism in the soil with 10m away from road was raised compared with grouting time and with 50 m away from road, reduced. There was not obvious efficiency of the road traffic pollutant on the quantity of microorganism in the different levels of soil with 200 m away from road. [ Conclusion] From the viewpoint of the depth of soil, the road traffic pollutant could inhibit the microbial growth, which was moved from the soil surface into internal soil with the pollution-lasting. From the viewpoint of the distance of the pollutant, the influencing intensity of pollutant was gradually reduced with the increment of the distance.关键词
