摘要

Abstract

Angiotensin-convertingenzyme 2 ( ACE2) is an important regulatory factor in salt and water metabolism of kidney. which can affect renal function by regulating the renal blood flow. According to the consensu s sequence of ACE2 gene from human, zebrafish and chicken in GenBank, a pair of primers was designed. The total RNA was extracted from the kidney of Pelodiscus sinensis. ACE2 gene was amplified and identified by RT-PCR. ACE2 gene in soft-shelled turtle was 355 nucleotides in length. The sequence analysis showed 70. 3% , 80% and 65. 1% of identities with those in human, chicken and zebrafish, respectively. The sequence similarities in amino acids were 63.8% ,79. 3% and 56. 9% , respectively. The phylogenetic analysis showed that the renal ACE2 in the turtle were highly homologous to those of chicken and human, whereas showed the highest homology with that of chicken. It suggested that ACE2 of turtle has the closest relationship with the birds, which is consistent with the evolution theory of species.
