摘要
Abstract
The sources and functions of proanthocyanidin, and applications in foods, drugs, cosmetics, etc are introduced in this paper. Moreover, problems to be solved during the industrialize production in the future are pointed out in order to provide references for exploitation and application of proanthocyanidin.关键词
