摘要

Abstract

Amino-silicone microemulsion of the parlicle size below 50 nm (20% of solid content) was pre pared using heavy viscosity amino -silicone oil as raw material, nonionic surfactants fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylates MEE-8 and MEE-5 as complex emulsifier, 1-pentanol as coemulsifier.Some factors on the formation of amino-silicone oil microemulsion were also discussed.The optimal conditions were as follows: 42% (on the weight of amino-silicone) of complex emulsifier [m(MEE-8) :m(MEE-5)=4:1], 7% of 1 -pentanol ( on the weight of amlno-silicone), pH value 5.5~6.0.This amino-silicone oil microemulsion could improve the softness of the fabric, and the performance of microemulsion remained stable in the application process .
