Abstract
Reactive dyeing process was carried out with the alkali substitute SM to take the place of soda ash.The effect of alkali substitute SM dosage on fixing rate and dyeing fastness was discussed.The results showed that, when 2％ (owf) of dye and 1.6 g/L of alkali substitute SM were used in mediumdeep color fabric dyeing, dyed fabric with good fixing effect which appropriate to 20 g/L soda ash.The washing fastness and rubbing fastness of dyed fabric could reach over level 4, and the change of color tone was not apparent.Alkali substitute SM could effectively replace the traditional alkali.Moraover, through different color depth dyeing experiments, the values of required soda ash or alkali substitute SM which could reach the same color depth were gained .关键词
