Abstract
Paper pushing component is an important property component of cutting machine. The structure and motion property of paper pushing component are closely related to the cutting accuracy, stability and efficiency of the whole machine. In this paper, paper pushing component is designed through Pro/E 3D simulation software, and using the motion/dynamics analysis module Mechanism for the motion simulation analysis, using the finite element analysis module Mechanica for the structural analysis. According to the result of the analysis, it evaluated and showed that the paper pushing component of the machine studied can meet the basic requirement of promoting paper flexibility, steadily and arrived in place accurately. This paper provides the theoretical guidance for improving structure and studying optimization of paper arriving component of cutting machine. [ Ch,7 fig. 1 tab. 9 ref. ]关键词
