摘要

Abstract

In this paper, the finite element model was established for the special-section ring rolling. The ring rolling process was simulated based on the DEFORM software. The paper unveiled the law that the rolling force is influenced by the idle roll feed speed and main roll rotational speed. The results show that the roughcast structure should be similar to finished product structure. The computer numerical simulation is significant to optimize roughcast structure, to set processing parameter, and to improve efficiency of rolling. [ Ch,8 fig. 1 tab. 10 ref. ]
