Value Objectives of Economic Law in the Reward-Compensation Mechanism of Grassland Ecological Protection
摘要
Abstract
The paper analyzes the policy objectives of the reward-compensation mechanism of grassland eco-protection, including ensuring national ecological security, improving herdsmans income and coordinating regional development, as indicated by the analysis on the value objectives of economic law, the policy objectives have intrinsic relations with the value objectives of fair sharing benefit, state reasonable compensation, real value equity and social harmony in the economic law. In order to realize the economic law value objectives of grassland ecoprotection reward-compensation mechanism, the legal guarantee for the grassland eeo-protection investment, financial transfer payments and public investment and subsidies should be constructed.关键词
