Abstract
The implementation effect of general plan for land use of Hengshui City was researched quantitatively by factor analysis The results indicated that since the implementation of last plan, the importance of plan was increasingly obvious day by day and the planning consciousness of people in land use and management was enhanced obviously.关键词
