摘要

Abstract

Adopting the fatigue life analysis method based on ANSYS, which combines the finite element method with the fatigue life analyzing theory by using FATIGUE module of ANSYS. A three dimensional parameter model for crank-shaft has been established. The APDL command stream being compiled, and the documents for fatigue life analysis being built, and then the fatigue life of crank-shaft has been analyzed. Results show that the fatigue life of crank - shaft is 26 years. After machine's plunger force was expanded 10% and 15%, the fatigue life of the crankshaft is 18 and 14.7years.
