Considerations on Promotion of Library to Balance Urban and Rural Development
摘要
Abstract
Poor education level of rural labor force and poor ability of information obtaining are main constraint factors for the development of urban and rural areas. Moreover, combining with western experiences of balance urban and rural development, the measures for establishing library alliance and library data base as well as business comprehensive group were put forward to improve rural overall information level and enhance the development of country rapidly.关键词
