Natech事件风险评估研究进展
Development of Natech Disaster Risk Assessment
摘要
Abstract
Natech (accident disasters induced by natural disasters) disasters take place in worldwide scale and result in serious casualty, economic loss and environmental destruction, and have become one of the new research focuses in risk assessment. Resemblance research on Natech and research course as Natech that has been individually studied are reviewed, including disaster chain and its theoretical research, domino effect analysis and qualitative risk assessment on Natech. Three main methods of Natech risk assessment are introduced: loss model,evaluation index system and early-alarming time index. Then, some suggestions on the countermeasures against Natech are proposed according to risk assessment results of Natech.关键词
