Expression of Insulin-Like Growth Factor- Ⅰ in Goose Muscle of Difference Growth Stages
摘要
Abstract
In the experiment, by RT- PCR and immunohistochemistry, expression and location of IGF-Ⅰ in the muscle of 28-day and 56-day geese were detected.The results showed that mRNA and protein of BDNF were present in the tissues of chest muscle and leg muscle of 28-day and 56-day geese, mainly expressed in muscle cell, and immunization staining intensity of IGF- Ⅰ expression was higher in chest muscle and leg muscle of geese of 28 days than of 56 days.关键词
