农民工职业技术培训现存问题剖析及改革路径——以江苏沿江8市1516位农民工的调查为视角OA
Analysis of Problems and the Reform Path on Migrant Workers Professional Skills Training
通过对江苏沿江8市农民工的职业素质及培训情况进行实地调研,了解到近年来江苏沿江城市农民工职业技术培训工作已取得骄人成绩,但目前还存在信息不畅通、资金投入不足、资源分散、时间无法保障等诸多问题.究其原因,主要因为城乡分割的二元经济结构、观念落后、法制建设滞后、培训体系薄弱等.为进一步统筹规划,提高农民工职业技术培训质量,应提高认识、加强立法、健全组织结构、整合培训资源、建立多元化的培训资金投入机制及时间保障机制、完善信息体系、因材施教.
