Analysis of Problems and the Reform Path on Migrant Workers Professional Skills Training
摘要
Abstract
Migrant workers professional skills training along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu has made great successes in recent years. Nowadays, there are many problems including information blocked, lack of investment, resources scattered allocation and training time can not be guaranteed because of the dual economic structure, conservative ideas and concepts behind, legal construction lagged behind and the weakness of training system. In order to further comprehensive plan and improve the quality of migrant workers vocational and technical training, it also puts forward some suggestion to get a deeper understanding and legislation,perfect organization, integrating training resource, establishing system of pluralistic training input and sufficient training time, completing information system and individualized teaching.关键词
