Abstract
The advantages of electro-hydraulic proportional multiple directional control valves is obvious in practical applications, but its disadvantages such as slow response, low precision and inconvenience control have become more obviously. The new proportion valve with digital control-a digital high-speed on-off valve as the pilot-operated elements of multi-valve to replace electro-hydraulic proportional reducing valve could make up for these deficiencies.This article described the principle of proportional control of the multi-way valve and the advantages of the digital valve as a pilot-operate valve to achieve proportional control, and gave the examples to show the principle of the digital control and control performance.
