摘要

Abstract

In this paper, the application of ANSYS finite element software to analysis the stress of nozzle opening pressure vessel to obtain the nozzle opening stress intensity distribution, the greatest stress is at the highest position in the cylinder connected with the opening tubing and the maximum stress intensity is 247. 478 MPa, then using the ANSYS finite element software to analysis the fatigue life of the nozzle opening pressure vessel, which combined the finite element method with the fatigue life theory. At last obtained the cumulative coefficients were less than 1, that is to say that the nozzle opening pressure vessel parts meet the requirements of fatigue strength, result in the container is safe. Through theoretic analysis and the result of finite- element analysis is proved that ANSYS software is acceptable and efficient. At the same time it provides the theoretic support to present pressure vessel engineering. [ Ch ,4 fig. 3 tab. 11 ref. ]
